We serve up “svinngod” lunch, every day.

Swedish restaurants and catering establishments throw 120,000 tonnes of food annually. This needs to change, and we want to be a part of that change! Together with wholesaler Martin & Servera in Umeå, we have launched a new lunch concept for reduced food waste.

Every weekday we serve a new vegetarian lunch dish, prepared from fruit and vegetables, which instead of being thrown now get refine into spectacular food. We call the concept “Svinngott” – or “WasteGood”, directly translated – and it is our way of contributing to the change.

You can also contribute by spreading the word, thinking more about your own waste, and encourage others to waste less. Read more about the concept here (in Swedish).
